FPA performs many kinds of physicals everyday. The type of exam ranges from someone needing a physical to adopt a child or a return to work physical. Your child may need a physical to attend daycare, to play a school sport, or to attend summer camp. Sometimes a physical is needed when applying for a new job or applying to nursing or medical school. Our doctors can provide you with the complete physical necessary. When coming to our office for a physical, please bring any appropriate documentation and/or forms to be completed.
